Restrictions
- No storage of equipment of any kind such as boats, boat trailers, trailers, snow mobiles, campers, etc. are allowed on the owner’s property for an extended period of time unless it is stored in a garage or approved storage facility. The HOA considers this a period to be more than a week. For periods longer than that please contact the HOA for approval.
- No above ground pools are to be permanently erected on any property and all in-ground pools requires HOA approval before installation.
- No house shall be erected without proper architectural approval by the HOA.
- No house shall be erected without installation of an approved lamp post within one year of occupancy. All houses that have been occupied for more than a year and do not have lamp posts will receive separate notifications for that violation.
- No exterior signs on properties shall be erected or displayed. Temporary signs should be approved by the HOA and for a limited time frame.
- No equipment or debris (Other than Fire Wood and Play Equipment) should be stored on the owner’s outside property or on common areas.
Approvals Required
- No exterior patios, decks, or major exterior landscaping shall be erected or installed without prior HOA approval of plans and appropriate local permits as required.
- No updates to house exterior colors other than repainting of the homes original approved colors shall take place without HOA Architectural Approval.
- No fencing of any kind shall be erected without HOA Architectural Approval and said fencing is strongly discouraged.
- No home additions or expansions shall be erected without HOA Architectural Approval and appropriate local permits.
- No detached structure of any kind shall be erected without HOA Architectural Approval and appropriate local building permits.
